Trevor Hills

During his long involvement in people management, Trevor has worked in many areas of industry, in both the public and private sectors. Trevor has delivered professional management solutions to a wide range of clients from central and local government to large multi-national companies. His assignments focus on all aspects of human resources management including workforce planning, organisational development and change management including the implications of Employment Law.

Trevor has carried out business planning and strategy development for a wide range of organisations linking strategy to structure and in turn to workforce planning. He has assessed the organisational plans, structures and roles, status and grading of the jobs, carried out communications audits using objective setting and performance / improvement appraisals and used these as the basis for individual performance and rewards.

Trevor is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Member of the Institute of Physics and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
